Web Slingers: A Spider-Man Adventure ride vehicles first look

Web-Slingers: A Spider-Man Adventure see Spidey join guests aboard their WEB Slinger Vechicles

Web-Slingers: A Spider-Man Adventure is edging closer and closer to opening as the first real life look of the ride vehicles have been unveiled.

The upcoming interactive dark ride, coming both to Walt Disney Studios Park and Disney California Adventure in Anaheim, will see guests board the WEB Slinger vehicles as they join the friendly neighbourhood hero save the Worldwide Engineering Brigade (WEB) facility from rampaging Spider-Bots.

Our first physical look of the ride vehicles appeared during the IAAPA Virtual Education Conference. There Josh D’Amaro, President of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, provided us with an update on future projects all through Disney resorts. This included Disneyland Paris additions such as Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel and Cars Route 66 Road Trip.

The new ride vehicles look exactly as expected to anyone familiar with the concept art first unveiled at D23 Expo 2019. The WEB Slinger vehicles will allow guests to open via two sliding doors on the right-hand side of the vehicle, while a large opening on the front gives budding web slingers a chance to take down the Spider-Bots.

Also showcased at the Virtual Education Conference was this new look at the progress of Avengers Campus, the wider Marvel themed land that Web-Slingers: A Spider-Man Adventure will call home. Once again coming to Walt Disney Studios Park and California Adventure, the Parisian campus will not only house the Spidey attraction but also a re-themed Rock n Roller Coaster to Iron Man, a dedicated Marvel Super Heroes Meet & Greet and a restaurant based on Ant-Man and PYM Technologies.
