Disney PhotoPass Day 2019 – What to expect

PhotoPass Day 2019 is back once again for another year and just around the corner! Coinciding with World Photography Day (though 24 hours early, this year) the day is an excellent opportunity to make use of the Disney PhotoPass service available to guests in Disneyland Paris all throughout the year.

It’s what PhotoPass Day is most known for and the reason for most to pick up the service. For this year’s day several characters will be milling around Disneyland Paris to meet guests exclusively in honour of the day.

Keep an eye out at by the Old Mill as royal couple Ariel & Eric will be going on a summertime date to meet their fans. If you’re in need of a wish or two then be sure to head to L’Auberge de Cindrillon to find the Fairy Godmother.

If cowboys and adventure is more your thing then Frontierland and Adventureland are the places for you! Roundup the gang over to the Cowboy Cookout Barbeque to find Woody & Jessie where further north you may find the rarely seen Terk near to the Restaurant Hakuna Matata!

Add magic to your photos with Magic Shots

Bring a little extra to your Disneyland Paris photos this PhotoPass Day with additional Magic Shots. Initially trialed and introduced during The Lion King & Jungle Festival these professional snaps sees the Disney Magic come to life in unique and creative ways.

Magic Shots locations will be found in three locations at Disneyland Paris and Walt Disney Studios Park on PhotoPass Day 2019: Town Square over at Main Street U.S.A., next to La Cabane des Robinsons in Adventureland and in Front Lot’s Place des Frères Lumière.

Practice your skills with more photo opportunities

PhotoPass Day 2019 Rex

Disneyland Paris is known for its beauty, so what better what to perfect your photography prowess than with all the gorgeous, creativity and interesting landmarks and icons all around the resort?

There is of course a near endless list of locations to choose from, though the PhotoPass Day 2019 programme has specifically highlighted Excalibur in the Fantasyland castle courtyard, the Partners Statue just beyond Studio 1 and Rex found over in Toy Story Playland.

Disney PhotoPass+ at Disneyland Paris

Disney PhotoPass Day 2019 wouldn’t exist without PhotoPass itself! Found all throughout Disney Parks the product is the best way to get your character and attraction photos quick and easy and in the highest quality, taken by professional photographers. As the product continues to grow and adapt, we should hopefully also see additions such as roaming photographers and the additional of PhotoPass compatibility in more character meet & greets.

Disney PhotoPass+ is available in Disneyland Paris for €79.99. Infinity Annual Passholders can also receive the product for free when purchasing or renewing their pass.
